Shipping policy

At Sabel Wellness, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from Dallas, Texas. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Dallas, Texas.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sabel Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at [your customer service email]. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Sabel Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first.
